Her diverse legal background encompasses compensation matters, criminal cases, civil litigation, and construction law. Michelle

Solicitor

Michelle graduated with Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts double degrees from the University of Sydney in 2021. She was subsequently admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Prior to joining Marocchi Law, Michelle’s legal practice encompasses different areas of law, not limited to immigration law, family law, contract, corporate law, commercial law which allows her to bring a unique skillset to the firm with a deep understanding of court processes and procedures, together with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Michelle is highly motivated and result-driven with a special focus on personal injury law, particularly in the areas of motor vehicle accident claims, workers compensation claims and institutional abuse claims. Since joining Marocchi Law, Michelle handled and achieved successful resolution for over 200 cases across different areas of personal injury law in jurisdictions including New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland.

In her role as a solicitor in Marocchi Law, Michelle combines her passion, dedication, knowledge and skill, to ensure each client’s case is run with utmost care and skill.

Michelle is an Independent Review Office approved lawyer, and an active member of the New South Wales Law society.
